Our Team

 

The McPhail Travel office is staffed by 3 smiling faces at out main office: Jaime, Kim & Norma. McPhail Travel also has outside agents operating across Canada. Any of our agents or outside agents are always ready to lend a hand with all your travel plans.

Jaime owns and manages the agency; she takes part in all aspects of the business including both travel and boutique operations. Jaime is always confident a solution can be found to any problem so tackles many requests that fall outside of the norm. Jaime also enjoys dealing with groups and always has a new destination you might consider for your next getaway.

With the wedding groups Jaime is also proud to be a "Destination Vows Specialist"

offering expert advise on marrying a wedding & travel.

Kim is an enthusiastic member of the McPhail Travel team. Kim has been with the agency since 2008 and loves the combination of travel and retail. Kim is always willing to tackle any challenge and loves to plan unique or different travels. Sports groups and event planning are a forte with Kim - if your team or group has multiple weekend getaways or hotel needs she is the one for you! Kim also plays a large role in the boutique side as well drawing on her previous retail experience to make our boutique a great destination all on its own.

Norma is a great smiling addition to our team - always greating you with cheer when you come see us here at McPhail Travel. Norma is very knowledgeable about travel and very experienced with European travel planning. Ireland is a speciality for Norma - as she lived there in her early years and continues to visit friends and family whenever she can.
